Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Milkshake
Serves: 1
  • 2 cups low fat or no added sugar vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ heaping cup Quaker rolled oats
  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1½ tablspoons raisins
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in your blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, if desired.
- You are welcome to use any ice cream of your choice. I chose no sugar added to keep the carbs/calories down a little. You could also sub with a non-fat or greek vanilla yogurt.
- You can use any milk you wish. Again, I chose unsweetened almond milk to control the calories a little.
- You could also add in some vanilla whey powder to give it protein.
- Honestly, I have made this with and without raisins. It still tastes like a yummy oatmeal raisin cookie even without the addition of the raisins. Omitting them does take out some more sugar and calories from the shake.
